GILGIT: The mastermind behind the killings of ten foreign tourists at Nanga Parbat base camp in Diamer and three security officers in Chilas have been arrested. According to Chief Secretary Gilgit Baltistan, the terrorist and mastermind of Nanga Parbat and Chilas incident have been arrested. One of the accused is the former ameer of banned outfit Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan Chilas chapter. It may be mentioned that terrorists had killed 10 foreign and one Pakistani tourist on June 30 in Diamer on the Nanga Parbat Base Camp. Few days later, terrorists also killed two Pakistan Army officers – Colonel Ghulam Mustafa, Captain Ashfaq and SSP Diamer Hilal Ahmed- who were investigating the massacre of foreign climbers.
