28 Killed,213 Missing After Ferry Sinks In Philippines


MANILA: At least 28 were confirmed dead and 213 missing after a ferry sinks in Philippines from an overnight collision with a cargo vessel near the central port of Cebu. The ferry carried 752 passengers, including children and infants, and 118 crew.
