DERA GHAZI KHAN: A gunbattle between police personnel and dacoits took place here in the wee hours of Friday, killing two personnel of elite force and injuring two others. According to police, the police carried out operation in Kot Haibat area to arrest proclaimed offenders. During the operation, the exchange of firing took place in which two personnel of elite force, identified as Naeem and Kashif, lost their lives. The police further said that one more policeman and a passerby also sustained injuries in exchange of fire who were rushed to the hospital for medical treatment.
